Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients with a variety of physical conditions and injuries. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, the Physical Therapist will collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving overall quality of life for our patients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, flexibility, and function.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and techniques for managing pain and discomfort.
• Monitor patients' progress throughout the course of treatment, adjusting therapy plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient treatment.
• Stay current with advancements in the field of physical therapy by participating in continuing education programs, workshops, and conferences.

Physical Requirements

This position works under usual office conditions. The employee is required to work at a personal computer. Must be able to stand, sit, walk and occasionally climb. The incumbent must be able to work extended and flexible hours and weekends as needed. Physical demands include ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
