MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RECENT FORKLIFT OPERATING EXPERIENCE (TURRET, REACH, OR SIT-DOWN)

Connect Staffing is seeking experienced Turret Forklift Operators, Reach Forklift Operators, and Sit-Down Forklift Operators to fill multiple openings at a large, well-organized warehouse facility located in Fontana, CA .

Schedule :

Start times available at 7 : 00am, 8 : 00am, 9 : 00am, and 3 : 00pm (8-hour shifts with overtime as required)

Pay Rates :

  • 1st Shift : $20.00 per hour
  • 2nd Shift : $21.50 per hour

Requirements for Forklift Operators :

  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience operating a Turret, Reach, or Sit-Down Forklift.
  • Must have valid and current forklift certification.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
  • Must be able to stand, bend, and work on and off equipment throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as required.
  • Must have steel toe boots.
  • Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Associate, Material Handler, Order Picker, or Shipping and Receiving Associate is a plus.

    • Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator :

  • Safely operate Turret, Reach, or Sit-Down Forklifts to move, load, unload, and organize materials.
  • Transport pallets throughout the warehouse and place them in designated storage locations.
  • Assist with order picking, staging, and replenishment as needed.
  • Inspect forklifts before use and report any maintenance or safety issues immediately.
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
