We are looking for driven, professional, customer-focused Sales Consultants to help grow our business and deliver an exceptional buying experience across our franchised dealerships.
What You'll Do
Proactively call, text, and email prospective buyers to schedule appointments
Greet and assist walk-in customers, creating a welcoming and professional showroom experience
Conduct needs assessments and vehicle presentations, including test drives
Sell new and used vehicles while providing transparent and exceptional customer service
Follow up with leads and clients to build lasting relationships and generate repeat business
Stay current on product knowledge, brand updates, and industry trends
Use CRM tools to manage leads, tasks, and sales activity
Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment focused on growth and excellence
Participate in on-the-job training and manufacturer certification programs
What We're Looking For

Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
