Are you ready to connect with potential residents seeking a new home? This position is created for a certain individual that has high energy, great communication and sales skills. In this client facing role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining business and being the face of Alden Towers Apartments in Detroit, MI. We are looking for someone with sales experience in leasing apartments.

Responsibilities

• Clerical duties as required
• Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features
• Answering phones, greeting potential clients and showing model apartments
• Assisting potential clients in completing rental applications and lease agreements
