(Required) Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and other spreadsheet and word processing software. (Required) Demonstrated skill in mathematical computations. (Required) Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to accurately document and maintain lease files. (Required) Demonstrated experience working in a corporate and / or commercial real estate environment. (Preferred) Demonstrated detailed knowledge and understanding of commercial real estate property management. (Preferred) Bachelor's Degree in related area and / or equivalent combination of education and experience / training (Required) Background Check : Continued employment is contingent upon the completion of a satisfactory background investigation. Live Scan Background Check : A Live Scan background check must be completed prior to the start of employment. Age Requirement : Candidate(s) must be 18 years or older to be eligible to be hired.

Department Summary
UCLA Real Estate provides cost-effective professional real estate services for UCLA entities, which are continually improved in order to exceed the expectations of our customers and to fulfill our fiduciary responsibilities to the University. We assist campus users with off-campus leasing and real estate agreements, third party agreements for on-campus space and coordinate purchases and sales of real property. We also provide lease administration for our off-campus leases.

Salary & Compensation
- UCLA provides a full pay range. Actual salary offers consider factors, including budget, prior experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. Salary offers at the top of the range are not common.
