️ Key Responsibilities :

Assess and treat patients using customized occupational therapy plans

Support recovery and independence through therapeutic interventions

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and rehab staff

Educate patients and caregivers on home care strategies

Maintain detailed and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications :

Active Arizona Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)

Graduate of an accredited OT program

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Acute care experience preferred, but new grads welcome!
