We are seeking a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and inspire our recruitment team across the USCAN region and global functions. In this highly visible role, you will :

• Provide leadership, guidance, and process expertise to a team of talent acquisition professionals and hiring managers.
• Drive proactive workforce planning and talent pipelining in partnership with business leaders and HR partners across 17 US locations.
• Spearhead and own pivotal TA projects, including technology enhancements, vendor evaluations, and process improvements.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract and engage prospects with a focus on strategic and hard-to-fill roles.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations, including US law, OFCCP requirements, and company policies.
