As a Shift Leader, you will :

  • Support the General and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations
  • Help team members through performance and training initiatives
  • Deliver food that is perfectly cooked, made with love, and served with Popeyes famous Cajun Hospitality

    • Requirements include :

  • Minimum of six months' experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry
  • High School Diploma or GED, preferred
  • Familiarity with a POS system and ServSafe certification is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a restaurant environment
