Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the intake process for home health services

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements

Collaborate with healthcare teams to facilitate patient care transitions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in healthcare or home health settings

Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations

Proficiency in using electronic health record systems

Certification in medical coding or billing is a plus
