Title : Associate Director, Sales Analytics

Location : Remote

Position Summary :

Provides analytical and operational support to the Gedatolisb Sales team as it relates to sales performance. Compiles, analyzes and interprets both internal and secondary data sources to generate and communicate insights into subnational sales performance to Celcuity Executives and other internal stakeholders as required. Designs, manages implementation, and delivery of reports for Sales management and commercial leadership. Partners closely with the brand marketing teams, sales management, market access, commercial operations, IT, legal / compliance and sales training functions within the company.

Responsibilities : Sales Analytics

  • Own requirements gathering, design, development, deployment and training of Field Sales and Executive KPI dashboards in partnership with external development partner, Field Sales Leadership, and colleagues in Analytics & Insights.
  • Analytical support resource for internal stakeholder ad hoc analytics in partnership with Analytics & Insights team.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and development of reporting solution for Market Access ensuring pull through of key use cases such as pharmacy QBRs, patient journey, performance KPIs.
  • Form close partnerships with Field Sales Leadership team to deliver actionable insights on subnational performance.
  • Design processes and deliverables for Field business reviews.
  • Investigate, respond to, and resolve field sales data inquiries and ensure resolution implemented in all systems and reports.
  • Identify, evaluate, and qualify new data sources and work with Executive Director, Marketing Operations, Solution Architect and external vendor to implement data integration and pull-through to data warehouse.
  • Partner with Data Aggregator to ensure access to timely, accurate data and escalate to Head of Trade & Channel as needed.
  • Partner closely with Market Access team to ensure reporting capabilities internally and externally per their requirements.
  • Own budget and contracting for syndicated data such as Symphony Health / IQVIA Rx, Non-Retail and Claims data sets.
  • Provide data and reports to other areas in the company (Compliance, Legal, Finance etc)

Operations Excellence

  • Manage and drive projects concerning field force effectiveness in partnership with Analytics & Insights team.
  • Contribute to projects related to sales force sizing / balancing, and ROI analyses of field effort and effectiveness.
  • Partner with Executive Director Sales & Marketing Operations and Sales Operations colleagues on aspects of field Incentive Compensation.
  • Partner with sales leadership to develop IC reports and align on the update frequency to update them on a regular basis. Ensure that the IC compensation payouts are calculated with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Execute Director Sales & Marketing operations to implement the sales goal setting process and administration with the field.
  • In collaboration with sales training, sales leadership and marketing team, ensure the sales team is trained on sales operations tools and resources, such as target lists, data, and future sales dashboards.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 7+ years sales operations experience and significant experience partnering with a sales team
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Knowledge of sales incentive compensation concepts, workforce sizing, territory alignment and targeting
  • Solid knowledge of secondary pharmaceutical data sources (Symphony, IQVIA, directly contracted SP data, MMIT / DRG formulary / market access data etc.)
  • Experience working with directly contracted SP, Hub and SD data. Experience working with data aggregators
  • Able to operate effectively independently with minimal supervision
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to build strong partnerships with cross functional partners
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to complete a project from development to implementation
  • Knowledge of managed care and contract strategy a plus
  • Proficiency with Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint, Tableau.
  • Working knowledge and experience with Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and deliver an excellent work product in a fast-paced, and rapidly growing dynamic company

For this role, the anticipated base pay range is $147,000-$200,000. The exact base pay offered for this role will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the candidates geography, qualifications, skills, and experience.
