Benefits Administrator – Contract Opportunity

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking Benefits Administrators to support our clients during open enrollment season . These contract roles are ideal for professionals with a background in benefits, compensation, and leave administration who are ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Position Details

  • Location : Phoenix, AZ
  • Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
  • Pay Rate : $24 / hr and up, depending on experience
  • Start Date : Targeting early September (may start sooner)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits enrollments, changes, and inquiries across health, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
  • Support compensation data maintenance, benchmarking, and annual merit / bonus cycles
  • Coordinate leave programs including FMLA, STD, ADA, and personal leave
  • Assist with workers’ compensation reporting and claims coordination
  • Provide hands-on support for open enrollment setup, reporting, reconciliation, and employee assistance
  • Reconcile benefit invoices and manage vendor communications
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies through accurate documentation
  • Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in benefits, compensation, or leave administration
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
  • Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, COBRA, ACA, and workers’ compensation regulations
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
