Position : Executive Assistant to Two Founding Partners
As Executive Assistant, you???ll serve as a trusted right hand to two of the firm???s founding partners???ensuring seamless operations, anticipating needs, and enhancing effectiveness through high-level support. This role requires sharp organizational instincts, sound judgment, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities :
- Own and manage ever-changing calendars, orchestrating meetings, tight timelines, and complex travel across time zones including private aviation with speed, precision, and minimal direction.
- Act as a key representative for the executives, engaging confidently with internal teams, investors, and external partners in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
- Drive preparation and logistics for critical meetings, team offsites, and strategic gatherings ensuring materials are ready, follow-ups are tracked, and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Drive key initiatives spanning investor relations and executive objectives. Proactively identify challenges, accelerate progress, and deliver impactful outcomes
- Monitor key workflows and priorities, offering clear recommendations to streamline execution.
- Maintain organized systems for documents, contracts, and expenses ensuring quick turnaround, accuracy, and compliance with firm protocols.
- Navigate confidential matters with discretion and professionalism, earning and maintaining deep trust with leadership.
- Partner with other high-performing EAs to ensure consistent, agile support across a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.
What We???re Looking For :
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executivesStrategic, proactive thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF)Confident managing multiple calendars, competing priorities, and complex logisticsStrong time management, prioritization, and follow-throughExperience with project coordination and executionBachelor???s degree highly preferredTo Apply :
