Position Summary : The Project Administrator provides high-level administrative support across all Marsell business lines : including Mental Health Services, Foster Family Services, Community Services, and Education Services. As part of the Business Operations Team, this role is critical to ensuring effective documentation and standardization. The Administrative prepares reports and internal communications and serves as a central point of contact for both internal teams and external partners to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Marsell’s operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : To perform successfully in this role, the Project Administrator must demonstrate a high level of professionalism, organizational acumen, and proactive problem-solving. Core responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

Education / Experience : An associate’s degree or certification in office administration, business administration, or a related field; 7+ years of experience in administrative roles.
Language Ability : Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Ability : Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability : Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
