PIMCO's Fee Strategy Team works to shape PIMCO's Pricing Strategy across its products, taking into account our product strategy, competitive dynamics, and PIMCO's near and long-term business objectives. PIMCO's Fee Strategy Team partners with Product Strategy, Account Managers, and firm leaders to develop, test, and implement pricing recommendations across investment strategies and investment products. Successful candidates for this position will be highly logical thinkers and curious learners who have interest in pricing strategies for new and existing products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recording and analyzing fee requests and their outcomes
• Work alongside Fee Strategists to solve complex pricing questions using analytical frameworks
• Develop an understanding of PIMCO's Investment Strategies and our peer and competitor positioning to inform our pricing recommendations
• Assist in drafting internal business presentations
• Contribute to improving our pricing capabilities by enhancing existing processes and supporting the development of ongoing technology projects.
• Partner with Fee Strategists to collect and interpret data, which will be used to design pricing experiments, gain insights, and implement changes across products

Personal Characteristics

PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance. Salary Range : $ 78,500.00 - $ 83,500.00
