Option 1 Staffing is currently seeking a sharp, personable, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support a successful CEO in the Tech industry.

Qualifications and Responsibilities :

• The ideal candidate is a career Executive Assistant with a background supporting senior executives in a demanding, fast-paced environment in the Tech industry
• A polished, professional demeanor and a proactive mindset are key
• Strong tenure and stability in prior roles
• 5-7 years of experience in a traditional Executive Assistant role
• High-volume calendar management
• Coordinating complex domestic & international travel
• Expense processing and reporting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable in a driven, tech-forward, and high-accountability culture
