Principal Automation Engineer - Manager

Position :  Principal Automation Engineer

We are specifically looking for a senior automation professional with strong desktop automation experience in the last 5-7 years, along with recent web automation exposure. This role is management-level, requiring experience developing automation strategy, building test frameworks, and leading teams in critical enterprise environments.

Key Skills & Requirements :

• Hands-on desktop automation experience (UFT, TestComplete, Ranorex, WinAppDriver, AutoIt, Sikuli, Robot Framework, or similar)
• Recent web automation experience (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
• Experience in developing automation strategy, frameworks, and test planning
• Proven team leadership, mentoring, and management of direct reports
• CI / CD integration experience using tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab
• Strong communication skills with professional interview decorum
