The firm has been fortunate to represent many clients who are members of the Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 lists of multinational corporations. We are currently seeking a Litigation Attorney with 4 to 7 years of Insurance Defense experience.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter capable of managing a full caseload from inception through trial preparation with minimal supervision. This is an opportunity to work on high-exposure cases involving product liability professional liability premises liability and commercial disputes. Experience in construction defects is preferred but not required.

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Independently manage a diverse caseload of litigation files ensuring compliance with all court deadlines and client litigation guidelines.
• Draft and respond to complex discovery; conduct and defend depositions of parties witnesses and experts (including medical and technical experts).
• Research draft and argue law and motion matters including dispositive motions (MSJs) in California State and Federal Courts.
• Prepare timely and detailed status reports for insurance carriers and corporate clients analyzing liability damages and litigation strategy.
• Participate in mediations settlement conferences and informal settlement negotiations.
• Prepare cases for trial including motions in limine jury instructions and witness preparation.
