Telecommunications Consultant

A company is looking for a Telecommunications Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and configure applications based on design recommendations to meet business requirements

Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and contribute to key decisions

Customize and maintain ServiceNow applications, ensuring seamless integration with external systems

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in ServiceNow projects, specifically with telecom modules

Hands-on experience with OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, and Integrations Hub

Certification in CSA, CAD, or CIS

Ability to mentor and guide junior team members

Experience in developing workflows, business rules, and custom applications on the ServiceNow platform
