Job Description :
As an Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments and building relationships with potential customers through phone, text, and email. Our BDC team plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from their first point of contact with our dealership.
Key Responsibilities :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
- Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
- Maintain an accurate database of customer information and all interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Achieve consistent weekly and monthly performance targets
