Job Description :

As a Pediatric Outpatient Physical Therapist at SportsCare you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for children with a variety of conditions. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients to determine physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to improve patients' physical abilities and overall function.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies to promote recovery and development.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, occupational therapists, and speech therapists, to provide coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Stay current with advancements in pediatric physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.
