The Senior Director of Internal Communications will lead the development and execution of internal communications strategies for VF Corporation's corporate entity. This role is responsible for fostering a unified, informed, and engaged employee culture across VF's global workforce. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and experienced leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications Leadership

• Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with VF's corporate mission, values, and business priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, including the CEO and Global Leadership Team (GLT) on internal messaging and employee engagement.
• Partner closely with corporate functions, particularly HR, to ensure consistent and effective messaging across the enterprise.
• Identify ways to leverage AI tools for increased efficiency and effectiveness of internal communications.

Qualifications

12-15 years of progressive experience in internal communications, preferably within a global, matrixed organization.

Proven track record of leading strategic communications at the enterprise level.

Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

Event Planning experience

Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders.

Experience managing communications during organizational change, transformation, or crisis.

Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Hiring Range

$200,448.00 USD - $250,560.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential

This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.

Long-Term Incentive Potential
