American Workforce Group  has partnered with a locally owned paver company located in  Tacoma, WA   to find a  Scheduling & Sales Coordinator  who will be a key frontline representative at a mall booth and community events.  If you have open availability, love connecting with people, and can balance professionalism with a friendly personalitynot too pushy, but confident and approachablewe want to hear from you!

Description for Scheduling & Sales Coordinator :

• Staff a mall booth to greet visitors, discuss company services, and generate high-quality leads
• Engage confidently with potential customers about projects and service options
• Managing daily schedule for site crews, leads, and internal staff
• Assist with other office tasks including filing, data entry, inventory tracking, and internal communication
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and pop-up activities
• Generating leads with potential customers
• Must be willing to drive to Olympia 20% of the time
