Mor Furniture is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This early-career role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about storytelling, community engagement, and digital trends. You’ll help shape our brand voice across social platforms and support campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging platforms.

Collaborate with the Creative & Content Marketing Specialist to align visuals and messaging.

Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and customer feedback.

Assist in influencer outreach and partnership coordination.

Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and growth.

Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and showroom events with tailored social content.

Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content creation.

Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling.

Video editing skills a must

Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).

Basic knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Passion for furniture, home design, and lifestyle branding is a plus.

Preferred Skills

Experience with paid social campaigns and audience targeting.

Understanding of SEO and social analytics.

Video editing skills for reels and short‑form content.

Salary Description $20 - $24 per Hour
