What Youll Do

• Bank statement processing and reconciliations
• Mortgage statement processing and reconciliations
• Verbal verification of banking information
• Vendor onboarding and maintenance
• Vendor audits (W-9s 1099 status TIN / address checks)
• 1099 preparation and processing
• Vendor owner entity and property setups
• Assist with filing and payment of annual state filings
• Assist with filing and payment of annual business licenses
• Assist with real estate tax bill processing
• Provide supporting documentation for audit requests
• Generate report files for tax preparer
• Miscellaneous filing and scanning

Who You Are

• Attention to detail and great organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Minimum of 2-3 years of general accounting experience. Commercial real estate accounting is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of Yardi software is also a plus
