Job Description

This is a hybrid role with location preference in the Midwest cities market. Applicants in other locations may be considered, but must be located in IL, MN, IA, SD, ND or MO.

Job Summary

This role sells RRD products and solutions via phone or electronic communication means to customers in an assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Business Development Activities will include :
• Market and company research to identify potential clients and points of contact.
• Cold Calling Activities
• Schedule and hold virtual / phone-based introduction meetings
• Sales Activities will be conducted individually or in collaboration with another RRD Sales Representative.
• Strategy development to best present the product or solution
• Client Presentations (virtual or onsite)
• Responding to Requests for Proposal, Bid, Information, etc.
• Coordination and transfer of Client and account knowledge to another Sales or Client Services team member.
• Record all touchpoints in the Customer Relationship Management System.
• Remain up to date on RRD product knowledge and industry insights.
• Analyze and filter data provided on accounts and prospects to build an individual forecast and sales strategy

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $51,400 - $76,100. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to : education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
