Job Title : Part Time Accounts Payable Clerk - (Onsite 20-25 Hours per week)

Employer : Bearpath Golf and Country Club

Reports To : Senior Accountant or CFO

Effective Date : January 2026

Pay Rate : $20-23 / hour

About the Job :

We are looking for a detail-oriented accounts payable clerk to join our team at Bearpath in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments. This position offers flexible work days with consistent weekly hour requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Facilitates payment to vendors, which may include verification of federal ID numbers, review purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manages check runs and handles payments in a timely manner.
  • Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions.
  • Ensure all credit card receipts get imported into the system and are correctly coded to the general ledger.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Related accounting or administrative experience and / or training.
  • Experience with Accounting Software (Clubessential, Ottimate).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    • Other skills required :

  • Must be able to learn other accounting software systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to high-quality work.
