A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide support in a fast-paced environment for patients receiving home medical equipment services. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound and outbound calls while documenting information according to standard procedures Process orders, verify insurance eligibility, and obtain necessary authorizations from insurance carriers Educate patients on their financial responsibilities and facilitate resolution of customer complaints Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent One year of work-related experience in healthcare administrative, financial, or insurance customer services For senior level, two years of work-related experience and one year of exact job experience are required Experience with Medicare certified processes is preferred Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office are necessary
