You will be responsible to :

Production Senior Manager Hovione LLC East Windsor NJ. Manage manufacturing processes and systems to meet pre-established production schedules and optimize the use of internal resources. Oversee the implementation of a preventive maintenance program and manage corrective maintenance activities for facilities under responsibility. Propose necessary investments. Support manufacture of pharmaceutical products (Active Pharmaceuticals Ingredient Drug Product Intermediates and Final Dosage forms). Maintain compliance with applicable current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Health Safety Environment and Ethics (HSEE) regulations. Implement Hoviones policies systems and procedures (COPs HBR SOPs and others) within TMs. Conduct assessment of workflow during projects business evaluation. Propose actions to prevent unnecessary costs ensuring operations remains within the assigned budget for the area.

40 hrs. / week Mon-Fri 8 : 30 a.m. - 5 : 30 p.m. $154000 / yr. Standard company benefits.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate :

Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Chemical Engineering Chemistry Pharmaceutical Science or related field and two (2) years of related work experience.

Must have two (2) years of experience with / in :

• Organic Chemistry Particle Engineering technologies or Scale-up of Chemical Engineering operations;
• cGMPs and HSEE principles and practices to ensure compliant operations;
• Performing risk management in manufacturing processes such as Failure Mode and Effect Analysis;
• Using pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment such as spray dryers;
• Utilizing Resource Planning systems (ERP) such as SAP Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and DeltaV to conduct product management;
• Conducting statistical analysis and data interpretation for process improvements; and
• Conducting variance analysis to track and correct budget deviations.

Telecommuting permitted.

Up to 5% domestic and international travel required.
