A company is looking for a Financial Clearance Representative (WI Remote). Key Responsibilities Manage pre-service insurance reviews and resolve complex insurance issues through calls with patients and insurance companies Ensure accuracy in processing accounts and meet Key Performance Indicators for calls and documentation Adhere to company policies and procedures while exceeding performance thresholds in reviews Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Diploma or equivalent (i.e., GED) required Prior work experience in a call center and healthcare customer service setting preferred Familiarity with Artiva and Cerner Soarian applications preferred Working knowledge of medical billing and coding preferred Prior experience in a medical office or understanding of health insurance preferred
