Responsible for the administrative support of HR lifecycle processes for all corporate and technology lines of business. Coordinate various projects, assignments, and meetings. Minimum - 2+ years of experience in an administrative support role- Proven ability to perform with a sense of urgency and commitment for serving customers - Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to coordinate meetings, schedules, and projects- Excellent interpersonal skills - Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to compose general correspondence- Self-directed, ability to prioritize and multi-task with accuracy without close supervision- Confidence to meet independently with associates for issue support and resolution- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain a high degree of confidentiality Desired - Human Resources experience- Knowledge of HR systems- Working knowledge of external recruiting sites, resume databases, college recruiting, job fairs and other external recruiting activities- Strong project management experience and skills
