Title : PHP Laravel Architect
Location : St. Louis, MO onsite 2 days weekly.
Salary : $110-120K + Bonus + ESOP + 401k
Job Type : Full-Time | Exempt

As a PHP Architect, you will personally make an impact by :
- Leading the establishment of an IT Architecture practice, and the adoption of an architecture and standards methodology
- Developing coding best practices, playbooks, frameworks and solutions for our customers and internal team
- Working with our team to create great products for our customers
- Writing clean, maintainable and performance code
- Outlining architectural best practices for our platform
- Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Helping to drive, document and continually refine platform standards
- Helping to drive new tech research and experimentation
- Collaborating with other team members and stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of WordPress development experienceMinimum of five (5) years writing PHPExperience with at least one PHP framework like Symphony, Laravel, CodeIgniter or an understanding of PHP-open source projects like WordPress, Joomla or DrupalExperience leading IT Architecture decisionsKnowledge working with common third-party APIsKnowledge and experience with W3 Standards and cross-browser compatibilityExperience with source control such as Git or MercurialExperience in guiding and mentoring junior developersFlexibility in a fast-paced dynamic environment with shifting roles and responsibilitiesTechnically creative and open-mindedExperience working at a digital agencyAbility to solve complex performance problems and architectural challengesGreat communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable working on PC platformDetail oriented and focus on quality assurance of workOnline portfolio or personal website with samples of relevant work a plusAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
