Sr Product Manager - Technical

Description

Essential Responsibilities :

• Uses data to build insights on product requirements consistent with the shared vision for the product.
• Gathers insights from the customer experience and customer needs to input to product requirements
• Analyzes research, market analysis and usability studies, research and market analysis to support data-driven decision making
• Monitors product profitability measures, including budget.
• Lead sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives to drive execution. Interfaces with product leadership as needed.
• Partners with content developers, data scientists, product designers and user experience researchers to identify new opportunities.

Shape the product strategy and roadmap for the Test domain of SDLC — including environments, test data, analytics, shift-left practices, and governance — ensuring balance across reliability, speed, cost efficiency, and innovation.

Drive modernization of test infrastructure to improve scalability, reliability, self-service, and pipeline automation.

Promote shift-left testing practices such as component testing, API mocking, contract testing, and synthetic / test data management.

Strengthen test analytics, observability, and metrics — enabling dashboards, KPIs, and insights into coverage, flakiness, reliability, and performance.

Act as an advocate for developers and customers, ensuring feedback is translated into impactful features and services.

Collaborate effectively across engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and product teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.

Preferred qualifications include :

3+ years of product management experience in developer productivity, test infrastructure, or related domains.

Strong understanding of software testing practices (unit, integration, end-to-end, performance) and test environment orchestration.

Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines, developer workflows, and release engineering.

Experience with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Proven record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering technical products at scale.

Excellent communication skills — able to simplify and evangelize complex technical concepts.

Hands-on exposure to test tools and infrastructure platforms is highly desirable.
