Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst. This position will report directly to the Corporate Office Security Manager. This position is an on-site position and will be based out of Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities :

This position develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken. Work as point of contact for alarms / response and work closely with the Enterprise Security Control Center (ESCC). The candidate will effectively interface with the site FSO and Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO), government and contractor customers, NG program management and other NG engineering and functional staff.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience to include industrial security or related disciplines OR Master's Degree with 6 years of experience to include industrial security or related disciplines OR Associate's Degree with 10 years of experience to include industrial security or related disciplines OR High School Diploma with 12 years of experience to include industrial security or related disciplines.
• Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret level security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain SAP and SCI access as a condition of continued employment.
• Possess a thorough understanding and working knowledge of NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07 and ICD security standards as well as OPSEC, personnel, industrial, cyber, physical and information security principles.
• Strong working knowledge of basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications :

Primary Level Salary Range : $117,500.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
