Contracts Analyst

We are seeking a Contracts Analyst to join our collaborative Contracts team, with a focus on tracking and managing contract deliverables and supporting the contract closeout process. Contract deliverables and closeouts are essential to ensuring our contractual commitments are met and our records remain audit-ready. As part of our Contracts team, you'll play a vital role in keeping programs compliant, organized, and moving forward. This position offers hands-on experience with the full contract lifecycle in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the tracking, coordination, and submission of contractual deliverables to ensure all requirements are met accurately and on schedule.
- Assist with the contract closeout process, ensuring all terms have been fulfilled, outstanding issues resolved, and required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Program Managers, Business Development, and Finance) to gather contract data and respond to external requests.
- Help maintain contract files and ensure systems are updated with current information and documentation.
- Enter new project records and modifications in contract tracking systems.
- Work independently with minimal oversight, research compliance issues.
- Contribute to special projects and provide general support to the Contracts team as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Acquisition, and / or a related fieldMinimum of one (1) year of Administrative experience, two (2) years preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesAbility to operate as part of a highly functioning team.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in MS Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn and take initiativeWillingness to take direction and tackle repetitive tasksAble to work independently with minimal oversight when neededU.S. Citizenship is requiredMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance if required.Physical Demands
