As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience.
Duties :
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Collect and confirm pet and owner information.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Manage reservations and handle inquiries regarding schedule availability.
- Be knowledgeable about retain products and promote sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized store.
- Maintain inventory and prepare restocking orders.
- Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Process payments.
- Other administrative duties, as assigned.
Qualifications :
Previous retail front desk experience in a service and retail organization.Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in office software and phone systems.Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated phone etiquette to provide courteous and professional responses.Ability to work collaboratively within a retail environment, while maintaining individual responsibilities.Job Type :
