This is a temp-to-hire opportunity where you'll report directly to the CEO and play an essential role in payroll, accounts payable / receivable, reconciliations, and more. Hours and Pay :

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Pay Range : $29.81 - $32.69 per hour, DOE

Employment Type : Temp-to-Hire

Daily Responsibilities :

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Prepare and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
• Perform account and bank reconciliations with accuracy
• Maintain organized and detailed financial records
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities
• Run bi-weekly payroll for approximately 40 employees
• Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams on billing and payment inquiries
• Assist with financial reports and data analysis for leadership
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
