LOCAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY IN VACAVILLE IS SEEKING AN HOA ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT. THIS IS A LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY AND THE PAY-RATE IS $ 22.00 AN HOUR!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Can handle client phone calls
  • Knows Microsoft 360, Outlook, Word, Excel, and power point
  • Organized
  • Good writing skills, they will need to prepare professional emails, newsletters, minutes, and letters.
  • There are night HOA meetings occasionally will need to attend.
  • Property Management Experience
