Local company is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to join their TEAM.
This role is onsite in office Monday to Friday- 8am-5pm
Workplace Coordinator
Core Responsibilities :
- Facilities Management
- Ensure the office environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaners, security, maintenance).
- Manage office supplies and equipment needs.
- Administrative Support
- Handle front-desk duties (greeting visitors and mail management, (no phones)
- Schedule and support meetings or events.
- Manage office documentation and records.
- Employee Support
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to the office.
- Assist with onboarding new hires (workstation setup, office tours, access badges).
- Promote a positive workplace culture.
