UW Medical Center-Montlake - Triangle Parking Garage has an outstanding opportunity for an intermittent Traffic Guide. Work schedule varies according to department needs. UW Medicine Parking Services is a division of the Department of Public Safety. We are a team of dedicated employees serving the guests of the UW Medical Center. Our services include parking for patients and their visitors on the Montlake campus, and parking for patients, visitors and employees on the NW Campus. Be the first and last impression of patients and visitors to UW Medical Center-Montlake, the No. 1 hospital in WA State since 2012.

Primary job responsibilities include providing friendly, courteous customer service, answering questions, giving directions and collecting parking fees; directing campus vehicular traffic; patrolling and enforcing parking regulations in campus parking areas; visually checking entering vehicles for valid parking permit; directing flow of traffic and visitors to parking areas and offices; directing traffic for scheduled activities and assisting with installation and maintenance of traffic and parking signs and / or facilities.

Requirements include high school graduation or equivalent and one year public contact working in a customer service environment or equivalent experience can substitute for listed requirements except where legally required.
