Quality SER Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality SER Analyst. Key Responsibilities : Review, test, and validate Epic Tapestry and Epic Benefit Engine builds Coordinate testing initiatives, develop test plans, and maintain documentation for the Tapestry System Support Team Provide exceptional customer service and develop strong relationships with business owners and stakeholders Required Qualifications : 4-year degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience with healthcare applications, system design, or support Knowledge of claims processing, vendor contracting, and benefit plan building Proficiency in Epic Tapestry and Epic Benefits required within specified timeframes Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Visio
