Trellis Supportive Care is North Carolina’s first free-standing not-for-profit hospice organization, serving patients and families in a Piedmont / Triad since 1979. Founded by a group of compassionate visionaries and community leaders, Trellis Supportive Care has remained a pace-setter in the region, state, and in the nation. Trellis Supportive Care has expanded over the decades to meet the regional needs of our patients. Our service area encompasses thirteen counties in the Piedmont / Triad and we operate from four offices plus the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice House.
