Compensation : $170,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers
• Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner
• Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client
• Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction
• Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential
• Business Development : Develop new clients and business opportunities.
• Client Satisfaction : Ensure the satisfaction of buyer and seller clients through exceptional service
• CRM Use : Be or become proficient and using our CRM, FollowUpBoss
• Commit to training : Participate in webinars, coaching sessions, and classes
• Accountability : Desire to be held accountable to achieve outstanding results
