Position Purpose

Prepares food in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, with established policies and procedures.

• Ability to productively work independently as well as in a team setting
• Recognize and achieve sanitation, quality, and presentation standards
• Be clean, friendly, detailed, and efficient, while supporting the highest food quality standards
• Excellent customer service attitude; great work ethic and consistent attendance

SUMMARY

Prepares and serves meals according to the needs of residents with all levels of dietary needs, monitors

methods of food handling, preparation, meal service and equipment cleaning.

WORKING CONDITIONS
