Help Desk Technician
Location : Bloomington, CA
Hours : 3-month Contract, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5 : 30pm
Compensation : $26-28 / hour W2
Overview
As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving escalated technical issues for our clients. You will work closely with our team to maintain and manage workloads through our computerized ITSM ticketing and tracking system. Your expertise in hardware, software, and networking will be invaluable in identifying, diagnosing, and correcting issues. You will also have the opportunity to train and support end-users on Microsoft Office applications, including Office 365 email and Outlook.
