The Sr. HR Business Partner will provide strategic HR leadership to senior leaders within a functional area(s) of McKesson’s Medical-Surgical business unit. This role is responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture across a distributed, matrixed environment. This individual must operate as a strong collaborator and consultant, leveraging relationship skills and business expertise, and provide solutions and recommendations to align, enable, and accelerate both short and long-term business / change objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and consultant to senior leaders and driving alignment between business and people strategies.
• Ensure integration of strategy and solutions within the business, and partners with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Shared Services to deliver effective HR initiatives.
• Advise and coach leaders on talent development, organizational performance, employee engagement, and culture.
• Facilitate discussions on talent management and organizational culture to drive future-focused strategies.
• Act as a problem-solving partner, providing guidance and executing on change management initiatives.
• Collaborate with other HRBPs, COEs, and Shared Services to drive outcomes and bring data, analytics, benchmarks, and industry knowledge to business discussions and recommendations.
• Have experience facilitating employee engagement discussions, calibration sessions, and presenting on HR initiatives and programs.
• Champion effective leadership, organizational effectiveness, and strong interpersonal communication.

$102,000 - $170,000
