Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the program lifecycle, ensuring successful service solution implementation and ongoing support Drive completion of NG9-1-1 deployments to meet client contract requirements and maximize revenue Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the program lifecycle Required Qualifications 5+ years' experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously 5+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, leading technical discussions and presentations Hands-on knowledge of change management and ticketing tools Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office tools BS / Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
