Business Development Representative
Job Description
IES is growing and we have sales positions to fill in Santa Rosa.
First year on target total compensation is $100000 to $200000 with no cap but you must have the following sales capabilities :
You are a sales performer with a proven track record of hunting and developing new business. You have an optimistic outlook listen and ask questions with ease handle rejection developstrong relationships early and would describe your selling style as consultative. You excel at cold-calling reaching decision makers value selling handling objections and set high success goals. You are a self-starter have a strong sense of urgency and can work independently from a remote location. You are adaptable unafraid of new technology goal-oriented organized and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay : $100000.00 - $200000.00 per year
