Job Title : Instructional Designer
Location : Remote (Preferred : Fort Collins or Denver Metro Area)
Contract Duration : 10 / 2025 – 10 / 2026
Pay Rate : $64 / hour
Employment Type : W-2 or 1099
Position Summary :
We are hiring an experienced Instructional Designer to support the development of training materials and learning content related to the rollout of a new Salesforce platform and a public-facing digital experience. The ideal candidate will create engaging, accessible, and user-friendly materials that support both internal staff and external users. This role is mostly remote, with limited on-site needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop digital learning content, eLearning modules, guides, and job aids.
- Ensure accessibility compliance for all training content (WCAG, Section 508, etc.).
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts, project teams, and the Change Lead to align training with rollout timelines.
- Use authoring tools to develop interactive and engaging content.
- Create training strategies that support onboarding, system use, and process adoption.
