Leidos Defense Systems Persistent Surveillance Portfolio is seeking a high-performing Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) Control Account Manager (CAM) to support a major Department of Defense radar program delivering multiple radar systems to the U.S. Air Force including full life-cycle support logistics and site activation activities.

As the CLS CAM youll work closely with the Program Manager and Integrated Product Teams to ensure successful execution across cost schedule and performance while engaging directly with senior government stakeholders subcontractors and internal leadership.

This is a high-visibility role critical to national defense priorities.

Primary Responsibilities

Support the Program Manager in overall program leadership including strategy execution and customer engagement.

Manage day-to-day operations across multiple functional teams delivering radar hardware software logistics and site activation services.

Oversee development and execution of the CLS portion of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and manage CLS CA performance using Earned Value Management (EVM).

Coordinate with USAF stakeholders to align deliveries operational support and activation milestones across multiple CONUS / OCONUS sites.

Lead risk management issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.

Interface with government contracting officers program leadership and technical representatives to maintain alignment and compliance.

Support subcontractor management including oversight of major system and service providers.

Assist with program reviews customer briefings data calls and executive reporting.

Contribute to staffing plans team leadership development and a strong program culture.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field and 12 years of relevant experience in defense program management.

Proven ability to lead cross-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced technically challenging environment.

Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale DoD acquisition programs.

U.S. Citizenship and active Secret clearance required.

Excellent project management multitasking and prioritization skills.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.

Experience in risk management and mitigation.

Must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to Huntsville North Alabama AL.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with radar systems logistics sustainment or deployment activities.

Experience interfacing with the U.S. Air Force or other military customers.

Pay Range :

Pay Range $112450.00 - $203275.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
