Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the efficient flow of aircraft processes and allocation of manpower and consumables

Oversee and communicate effectively with all levels of the company, serving as the primary point of contact for customer interactions

Collaborate with the Site / Ops Manager to ensure operational objectives are met and sustained

Utilize your expertise in Microsoft Office to maintain project schedules and documentation, with an emphasis on MS Project

Support and lead training initiatives to facilitate seamless onboarding and knowledge transfer to operational staff

Requirements :

Must be located in Florida

Experience in VIP / business jet operations as a supervisor or higher

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong experience in MS Project being a plus

Excellent communication skills to interact across all company levels and with customers

Availability to start onsite in July or travel to our site in DE for initial training / support
